The land reserve is located near Biscayne Boulevard, a major street in Miami, and approximately 10 km from the company’s property in Aventura.

The El Portal neighborhood and its surroundings in North Miami are among the emerging submarkets in Miami, with several residential, commercial, and employment projects developed in this area in recent years.

The lAND

Land reserve for development in a total area of approximately 16 acres (around 64 dunams). The project’s building rights amount to approximately 4 million sqf, including residential towers with about 1,800 units, as well as retail and office areas.

The company is collaborating with a leading international architecture firm, to develop a comprehensive planning concept for the project, a mixed-use complex, that will combine residential, retail, office, and leisure components.
