Barak Rosen is the CEO and owner of Israel Canada and the founder and owner of Canada Israel Real Estate Group. With more than 13 years of experience in international real estate, Tsahi has led and formulated numerous transactions with local and international groups and real estate managers. For the last eight years, Tsahi has been leading institutional real estate investments overseas, as well as business development and management of equity and debt investment deals in income-producing and new development real estate in a variety of sectors.

A developer and investor with considerable international experience in global real estate, based in the UK and Israel. Mark currently manages the Schimmel family’s real estate investments, and leads development investments and projects in the US, western and eastern Europe, Israel, and India.
Shmulik Arbel
Over 25 years of experience in banking, including as First Executive Vice President and Head of the Business and Retail Banking Divisions in Bank Leumi, where he led and assimilated strategic processes. Shmulik is highly experienced in financing commercial real estate in Israel and abroad, and has led Bank Leumi’s activities in the UK and the US.
Guy Elias
Guy has more than 20 years of international experience in commercial real estate. As part of his various management positions in Israeli and international public companies over the years, he has led strategy, business development, and management of income-producing assets and real estate development projects, in Israel and abroad.
Ari Wechsler
Over 35 years of experience as a real estate attorney in Israel, supporting the activity of Israeli real estate developers overseas, and leading complex deals and projects. Uri had led the real estate department of Berkman, Wexler, Bloom & Co., of which he was the founding partner and director.
Strategy
The company operates independently and through partnerships to acquire, plan, and manage properties income-generating assets for value-add programs and development projects.
To date, , the company’s primary focus of operations is Florida, USA, with three deals already completed in the Miami metropolitan area, together with partners, involving assets valued at approximately NIS 2.4 billion (around USD 711 million). The assets include approximately 632 completed residential units, as well as rights for about 3,700 additional units and more than 100,000 sqm of income-producing commercial real estate (of which approx. 25,000 sqm are already built).
The company has formed a partnership with FLOW, one of its major shareholders, to execute its strategy. FLOW has a significant presence and active operations in Florida, and a massive experience in the residential and commercial market.
This collaboration aims to cover deal sourcing, development, and the execution and management of joint projects.
