Privacy Policy
Canada Global company respects the privacy of its customers, in all services provided by it, including the websites and landing pages operated by it (hereinafter “the Site“) and of the users entering the Site or using the various services offered by it (hereinafter together “the Users” or “the User“).
You are requested to read this privacy policy before making any use of the Site and/or the services offered and/or provided on the Site (“the Site Services“).
By using the Site and/or the Site Services and/or accessing the Site, you express your consent that you have read and accepted the terms appearing in this privacy policy and that Canada Global company (“the Company“) will collect your personal information and make use of it. If you do not agree to any of the terms detailed below, you must refrain from entering and/or connecting and/or using the Site and/or the Site Services. For your information, you are not obligated by law to provide this information, but consent to provide this information constitutes a condition for using the Site and the Site Services.
The privacy policy is worded in masculine language for convenience only. The reference is to men and women alike and to people of other genders.
- Consent
You are not obligated to provide personal information according to law. You agree and declare hereby that the personal information you provide to us is given of your own free will, so that we can provide you with the Site Services and you also agree that we will keep the information you provided to us in a database and in accordance with the purposes detailed above. If you wish to be removed from the databases as mentioned above, you must notify the Company (or someone on its behalf) in writing in accordance with the provisions of any law. Users who provide their details in the “contact us” boxes on the Site, hereby give their consent to be included in the databases managed by the Company in accordance with the provisions of any law. - Collection of Information and Use Thereof
- The Company collects personal information that identifies a specific person or that we can attribute to an identified person with reasonable effort, including for example name, email address, mobile phone, and the like (“Personal Information“). For the avoidance of doubt, any non-personal information that in itself does not enable the identification of a person, which is related or linked to personal information will be considered personal information, as long as this connection exists.
- The Company also collects anonymous and non-identifying information (“Non-Personal Information“). Non-personal information is any public information that is available to the group when using the Site and the Site Services and does not enable with reasonable effort the identification of that user and that the Company cannot attribute to an identified person, including the IP address of the computer or mobile device/tablet, anonymous information, the identity of the operating system and type of the user’s browser system, type of mobile device/tablet, version of mobile device/tablet, and the like.
- The information is collected by us independently or through receiving services from third parties, who are service providers with whom we have contracted. The information is collected through your entry to the Site, uploading of documents by you and your use of the Site Services.
- Only correct, accurate and complete details should be provided. The information is provided by the user consciously and of his own free will during the use of the Site. Incorrect details, or failure to provide all the required details may prevent you from being able to use the Site Services, harm the quality of the service provided to you, and also harm the ability to contact you. If your details have changed, you must update the Company.

- We use non-personal information in order to make use of it for statistical, analytical, research and marketing needs, and also for the purpose of adaptation, development and improvement of the Site and the Site Services.
- You agree that the Company will keep the correspondence with you and that the Company may contact you regarding your inquiry and the Site Services and that these correspondences are kept for customer service purposes, management and service improvement.

- Sharing Personal Information with Third Parties
- We are entitled to disclose personal information of users to third parties in the following cases: (a) in order to comply with the requirements of any law, for the purposes of legal proceedings, orders, including disclosure orders or government authority requests; (b) in order to enforce this privacy policy or our terms of use, including in the framework of investigating possible violations of the privacy policy or terms of use; (c) in order to detect, prevent or otherwise deal with fraud, deception or security and safety issues and also with technical problems; (d) in order to respond to support requests and/or claims of users on the Site; (e) in order to protect the rights, property, or personal safety of the Company, of the users on the Site or of the general public; (f) in order to collect, hold and/or manage the personal information of users on the Site by means of third parties who provide services to the Company, as required according to the business and operational needs of the Company, when these third parties may be located in a country where the data protection and privacy laws are different from those applying in the territory of the State of Israel; (g) cooperation with third parties for the purpose of improving user experience and for the purpose of providing the Site Services; (h) according to explicit authorization of the user before the disclosure; and/or (i) storage of information in cloud services whose servers are located outside of Israel.
- For the avoidance of doubt, the Company is entitled to collect, disclose and transfer Non-Personal Information to third parties at its sole discretion.

- Subcontractors and Service Providers
We may share your information with service providers and subcontractors who work with us and/or provide certain services on our behalf in Israel and abroad as required for the purpose of providing the service, its improvement and development of additional services. Additionally, we may store information in cloud services whose servers are located outside of Israel. These companies are not entitled to share or use personally identifiable information that we provide except for us or for the purpose of operating the Site, or for the products and services offered on the Site. - Merger and Acquisition
The Company is entitled to assign and transfer its rights and obligations, including the transfer of your information, in the case of a sale and/or merger in which control of the Company and/or most of its assets and/or the Site is transferred to any third party, including the transfer of information within the group and between the various companies in it, even in the case of a change in control of a company in the group and/or the Company itself, provided that that third party steps into the Company’s shoes for all matters and purposes related to the provisions of this policy. - Your Rights
Subject to applicable law, you have the following rights regarding personal information:- Access to your personal information – you have the right to review and receive access to the personal information that we process about you;
- Right to correction – the right to request from the Company to correct or update your personal information when it is not accurate or not complete;
- The right to deletion – the right to request that we delete your personal information;
- Any other right stipulated in the Privacy Protection Law, 1981 and in the regulations enacted pursuant to it.

- Access to your personal information – you have the right to review and receive access to the personal information that we process about you;
- Information Security
- We invest reasonable efforts in implementing and maintaining the security of the Site and the personal information of users on the Site. The Company implements on the Site systems designed to secure the information optimally, in accordance with accepted standards and in order to prevent any unauthorized use of this information. While these systems reduce the risks of unauthorized penetration to the Company’s computers and/or anyone on its behalf, there is no absolute security in them. Therefore, it is clarified that the Company does not undertake that the Site Services will be absolutely immune from unauthorized access to the information stored in them or exposure of the information held by perpetrators of illegal actions and therefore, if a third party succeeds in penetrating information that is kept by the Company and/or using it maliciously, the user will have no claim, lawsuit or demand against the Company and/or anyone on its behalf in this regard.
- Additionally, in events that are not dependent on the Company and/or anyone on its behalf and/or in cases arising from force majeure (war, shutdown and the like), the user will have no claim and/or demand and/or lawsuit for any damage of any kind, indirect or direct that will be caused to the user or anyone on his behalf, if any information he provided is lost or reaches a hostile entity and/or is used without authorization.
- The Company will act in accordance with applicable law in the case of any breach of security, confidentiality or integrity of your personal information. If it seems appropriate or if required by applicable law, we will provide you with notice by email, in a text message or by means of prominent publication on the website, as soon as possible and without unreasonable delay, to the extent that this is consistent with (1) legitimate needs of law enforcement; or (2) any measure necessary for the purpose of determining the scope of the breach and restoring properly the integrity of the information system.
- The Company limits access to your personal information only to people who need such access in order to process it for it and/or for the purpose of performing their function. These people will be subject to confidentiality agreements and to the duty of confidentiality stipulated in Section 16 of the Privacy Protection Law.

These social networks and platforms are created and maintained by third parties who are not related to the Company and/or are not under its control. If such integration with social networks or platforms is enabled, your use of these social features will be subject to the terms of use and privacy policy of the relevant social network or platform. You must ensure that you have read and understood the terms of use and privacy policy of the relevant social network in order to know what information is collected about you and about your ability to change your privacy settings within them.
- If you do not agree to the practices specified in the terms of the social networks or platforms, do not allow our Site to contact them and/or integrate with them (in this case, take into account that you will not be able to enjoy all the Site Services offered). You must understand that in the case that integration with a social network or platform is enabled, the Company will be entitled to provide data about you to your contacts (and vice versa) so that you can enjoy the social features. This data may include your name and your profile picture on the social network.
- By using the social features, you agree and understand that the relevant social networks or platforms may collect certain personal information, such as your IP address, non-personal information and may even plant cookies and/or other internet tracking technologies in order to enable the functioning of the social features. It is possible that the use of these features enables sharing of information with your friends or the general public, taking into account the settings you have set with the third party providing the social features. Sharing of content by means of social networks or platforms, may become public and others may publish them.
- Your entry, use and reliance on the Site, the Site Services or content of third parties and also any interaction between you and third parties is your responsibility and you are the sole bearer of the costs related to it. You agree that the Company will not be responsible, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused (or claimed to have been caused), in connection with or as a result of the use of any service, content, product or other information available through the Site or the Site Services.
- The Site may include features of social networks, these features that enable integration with social networks or certain third-party platforms (“Social Network” or “Platform“). These social networks and platforms are created and maintained by third parties who are not related to the Company and/or are not under its control. If such integration with social networks or platforms is enabled, your use of these social features will be subject to the terms of use and privacy policy of the relevant social network or platform. You must ensure that you have read and understood the terms of use and privacy policy of the relevant social network in order to know what information is collected about you and about your ability to change your privacy settings within them.
- Tracking Technologies
- When using the Site and the Site Services, we or third parties may use technology that is accepted in the industry and known as “cookies” and Flash and/or other tracking technologies that their operation ends when the browser is closed, or in permanent tracking technologies stored in your device (“Tracking Technologies“). We may also make use of the service and in our emails in web beacons in order to collect the information detailed in the terms of this policy. Web Beacons, or “gifs”, which are tiny graphic files with a unique identifier embedded in web pages and whose function is to assist in collecting information about viewing and use of the Site, enable sending cookies and monitoring the user’s use on the Site produced from interest-based advertising of Google or other advertisers by means of Google Analytics code.
- On the Site and in the Site Services, use is made of cookies for the purpose of its regular and proper operation, to collect statistical data about the use of the Site and the Site Services, to verify details, to adapt the Site to your personal preferences and for information security purposes. Cookies are text files, that the user’s browser creates according to command. Some of the cookies will expire when the user closes the browser and others are saved on the hard drive in the user’s computer or the user’s mobile device/tablet. The cookies can contain various information such as the pages that the user visited, the length of time the user stayed on the Site, from where the user came to the Site, information that the user requests to see when entering the Site and more.
- These tracking technologies on the user’s computer and the user’s device enable the Company to operate certain features automatically, and also to facilitate and simplify the experience of using the Site and the Site Services. Usually, tracking technologies of third parties store non-personal information, such as the web pages you visited, the length of the user’s search and so on.
- It is possible to neutralize the tracking technologies. For example, there are internet browsers that enable users to delete cookies from the computer or the user’s device, to block receipt of cookies or to receive alerts before storage of cookies. It should be noted that if the user deletes the tracking technologies or does not enable their storage and/or if he changes the Flash properties, the user’s online experience through the Site will be limited. Deleting the cookies will cause the Site not to recognize the user in repeat entries and not to be adapted to your preferences.

If you have authorized the use of your own free will, you agree that we will use your details that were provided to us, so that we inform you about the Company’s services and/or companies related to the Company, marketing and/or advertising information (including advertising messages according to the Communications Law (Telecommunications and Broadcasting), 1982), benefits and about services of third parties who are business partners of the Company, which will be transferred to you by means of electronic mailing and/or by means of SMS and/or PUSH notifications. You authorize that the Company has notified you that you can refuse to receive advertising materials as stated. - Termination of Engagement
Without prejudice to any other right of the Company, in cases where the Company fears that the user’s use of the Site is not consistent with this privacy policy and/or any law, the Company will be entitled to track the user’s use of the Site, to prevent the user from accessing the Site, or to transfer the user’s behavior patterns on the Site to third parties who will prove, to the Company’s satisfaction, that it is harmed by the user’s infringing activity and also any other action that it finds appropriate to take in order to protect its property and/or its rights. - Changes to the Privacy Policy
