Asaf Touchmair is the founder and owner of Canada Israel Real Estate Group, an international real estate development group, specialized in identifying, marketing, and improving up-and coming profit-yielding properties, both in Israel and abroad. With over 25 years of experience, he has led luxury residential, commercial, and hospitality projects worldwide, combining business vision, innovation, and hands-on leadership to create exceptional value for investors.

Barak Rosen is the CEO and owner of Israel Canada and the founder and owner of Canada Israel Real Estate Group. A visionary entrepreneur with over two decades of experience, he has led high-end residential, commercial, and hospitality projects in Israel and abroad, focusing on innovation, design excellence, and maximizing investor value.

With more than 14 years of experience as an attorney specializing in commercial law, company law, securities and the capital market, M&A transactions, and corporate governance, Shiran is an expert legal counsel for Israeli and international private and public companies, managing complex deals and leading projects.

Eden Ozeri

Deputy CEO

Eden Brings over a decade of experience across North American real estate and Israeli capital markets, with a focus on cross-border capital formation, public capital markets, and complex transaction structuring. Prior to joining the Company, she was CEO of Radhan International, a cross-border investment banking firm acquired by Deloitte in 2021, where she later served as Head of Debt & Capital Markets. Throughout her career, she has led over $1 billion in capital markets transactions for North American real estate platforms. Eden holds degrees in Law and Accounting from Tel Aviv University and is a licensed Israeli attorney.

Ori Altschuler

CEO of U.S. Operations

Ori is a senior real estate executive and entrepreneur who has served as CEO and held other senior leadership roles at some of Israel’s leading real estate companies, leading transactions in Israel and internationally totaling hundreds of millions of dollars. Today, Ori serves as the Company’s CEO of U.S. Operations, where he leads the company’s expansion and investment activity in the United States. Ori began his career as an attorney in the real-estate department at Goldfarb Seligman & Co., one of Israel’s leading law firms.

External Director

With more than 20 years of experience in international commercial real estate, Ravit specializes in financing complex international real estate deals and is well acquainted with international financing entities and the capital market. Ravit has extensive experience as director in several public real estate companies in Israel and abroad.

Mark Schimmel

Director

A developer and investor with considerable international experience in global real estate, based in the UK and Israel. Mark currently manages the Schimmel family’s real estate investments, and leads development investments and projects in the US, western and eastern Europe, Israel, and India.

Eladad Avraham

External director

Eldad serves as an External Director in several leading companies in the Israeli market. He is an economic and financial advisor specializing in corporate financing and credit solutions.

Ari Wechsler

Director, Board Chairman

Over 35 years of experience as a real estate attorney in Israel, supporting the activity of Israeli real estate developers overseas, and leading complex deals and projects. Uri had led the real estate department of Berkman, Wexler, Bloom & Co., of which he was the founding partner and director.

Strategy

The company operates independently and through partnerships to acquire, plan, and manage properties income-generating assets for value-add programs and development projects.

To date, , the company’s primary focus of operations is Florida, USA, with three deals already completed in the Miami metropolitan area, together with partners, involving assets valued at approximately NIS 2.4 billion (around USD 711 million). The assets include approximately 632 completed residential units, as well as rights for about 3,000 additional units and more than 100,000 sqm of income-producing commercial real estate (of which approx. 25,000 sqm are already built).
